Diagnostics and pricing

Before a repair begins, the customer receives an estimated price. The final price depends on the device condition and the availability of spare parts.

Warranty

We provide a warranty for completed work and installed parts according to the repair type and the specific part. Details are provided when the device is returned.

Handing over the device

The customer is responsible for backing up data before handing over a device. The service centre is not responsible for data loss caused by the device’s original fault.
